These are 7 of my favourite ab exercises in the gym to give me a strong and rock solid core. What’s your favourite?

Sets: 3 – 4
Reps: 15 – 20
Rest: 30 – 60 secs in between sets.
Total Workout Time: 60 mins

Exercises:
1) Ab Wheel Rollout
2) Full Extension
3) Inclined Plank Rock
4) Seated Knee Tucks
5) Russian Twist
6) Plank Hip Dip
7) Captain’s Chair Leg Raise

Do these exercises at least once a week. Don’t forget to also work on other body parts and fit in your HIIT and cardio workout.
