Fat Burning TREADMILL Exercises
1) Side Shuffle
2) Walking Lunges
3) Walking Plank
4) Pull-ups
5) Mountain Climbers
6) Push-up with Plank Knee Tucks
7) Treadmill Push

Interval: 1 minute – Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds Rest
Total Workout Time: 7 minutes per circuit
Estimated Calories Burned: 50 – 100Cals per circuit
