Jodie likes baking. So much so after enough pressure from her friends and family (probably because they were sick of eating so much cake) she began selling her baked goodies at a local Sunday market. That’s when she started to get a lot of questions about her baking so she figured this platform would be a good place to put all her recipes down for people to try and then impress their friends and family with or just eat by themselves. That’s cool too!
Food is pretty much the main focal point in her family, She feels like a lot of people say that but seriously they have a family blog, that they share only with themselves! Growing up Jodie’s Dad was a chef, her Mum is an incredible home baker and to say that has rubbed off on Jodie and her brother is an understatement.
Now she is 30 **something, married and have a cat called Boris. Gone are her nights raging it in a club, now it is all about experimenting with baking. Jodie is not a professional baker and she has never been to pastry school but she has spent a lot of time researching, practicing, throwing stuff in the bin, celebrating the small wins and eating EVERYTHING to be able to share with all of you the adventure of an honest baker- the delicious, the misses and the disasters.
